libpng-1.6.34 is available

Some of the new interlaced images in contrib/pngsuite were incorrect
and caused test failures.

I've removed them and released libpng-1.6.34, which is available in
the usual places including http://libpng.download/src/libpng16

Apologies for the inadequate testing.
