Follow-up libpng development: ctruta/libpng on GitHub

Hi,

I forked (friendly and ethically!) libpng from Glenn's repo:
https://github.com/ctruta/libpng

I started adding new commits to the branch "libpng16". I hope that my
changes will eventually make it into the official release, but until
that release happens, feel free to use and peruse my new (fixed,
improved, etc.) unofficial branch.
