Reporting potential security vulnerabilities in libmng

Hi,

I couldn't find any official details on how to report potential 
security vulnerabilities in libmng, so am reaching out to find out 
what the process is / should be.

Are there still active developers working on libmng who are able 
to investigate and fix potential security issues if they are 
reported?
