This time it was a longer hiatus, but... Hi, I'm back!

Hello, everyone,

The subject says it all. Now that I'm back again: I have a bunch of
new bug reports to handle, a bunch of pull requests to integrate, and
a repository transition to complete.

This isn't official yet, because it's still work in progress. But FYI:
I created a GitHub team account, "pnggroup". (Sorry... "png" was
taken.)

I created a Travis CI account, too, and the first test run was successful:

Then I renamed the newly-created repository from "pnggroup/libpng" to
"pnggroup/libpng-EXPERIMENTAL". I want the *real* repo to be Glenn's
own ("glennrp/libpng"), for many reasons, including logistical
reasons. There are lots of issues opened in there, and a lot of
history, too, and I'd like to have all of that transferred over to the
new home at "pnggroup/libpng", if the GitHub masters will approve. (I
will need GitHub's cooperation, because I can't do it alone, because I
don't own "glennrp/libpng".) I hope that they will agree to help us
with this transition.
