libpng 1.6.47 released

Hello there, hi everyone,

I am twice as happy as usual to announce the release of libpng 1.6.47
earlier today plus the release of libpng 1.6.46 about four weeks ago -- I
forgot to announce it back then. (Oopsie!)

After we started shipping new features from the draft Third Edition of the
PNG Specification in v1.6.45 (the cICP chunk), we continued that in v1.6.46
(the mDCV and cLLI chunks). And now, in v1.6.47, we finalized the
modification of the colorspace behavior in order to make it fully
conformant to this latest and greatest spec.
