Dear libpng users,

I'm as happy as usual for my business-as-usual announcement of the release
of libpng 1.6.48.

Notably, we swatted a bug in the floating-point API, specifically in the
setter of the mDCv chunk. We had only tested the fixed-point API at the
time when we first introduced the mDCv support. (Oopsie!)

I would like to send a big thank you to Travis CI for their five-year-long
contribution to our automated verification process. Until we sign up with
another service, I will be performing those verifications, manually, on
FreeBSD, Linux and Mac. Mind you, it's not me, exactly; it's my ThinkPad,
my Mac, and my Raspberry Pis. I'll be the one who claims *"Works For Me=E2=
=84=A2=EF=B8=8F"*.

And, of course, thanks that are just as big shall go to AppVeyor CI for
continuing to help us out with the verification on Windows.
