Re: [libpng:feature-requests] #32 Modern compressor

This was posed as a libpng feature request but it's actually a
PNG format feature request.  It would require defining a new
value for the IHDR "compression method" byte.

It's debatable whether the speed and compression improvements
would outweigh the fact that all existing decoders would need
to be rebuilt with a new libpng that is able to decode the
new method.
