Either pro or con ... :-) I'm not saying I would be an expert on either PNG or EXIF, but it makes lots of sense to add such a chunk to the PNG spec. If we can't make such a simple thing happen (in any way, shape or form) we did design a bad standard that can't slowly grow and evolve itself. PNG has been static for twenty years. Which is a good but also a very bad thing. Let's just make a small step to see if it is a standard that can evolve. And an additional EXIF chunk seems like an easy first step. We should make the effort !!
