zTXt and iCCP have <compression method><compressed data>, IDAT has the
compression method in a different tag (IHDR), iTXt puts both the flag and
the method after the keyword before language/localized-keyword/text

I'd favor consistency with iCCP/zTXt rather than the highly structured
iTXt, but it doesn't matter much.
