I've updated the document that explains the PNG chunk registration process. ftp://ftp.simplesystems.org/pub/png-group/documents/png-registration-20170114.txt Nothing really needed to be changed except for the expiration date, which was July 2007. I made some slight editorial changes to clarify that the times for starting and ending the voting period are to be converted to UTC.
