hi Glenn,

why updating the chunk proposal before any serious discussion has 
happened ??

I think this is not such a good idea -- although not too opinionated and 
I could be proven wrong,  doesn't matter -- let's first get some 
discussion flowing for a couple of days (or even weeks if necessary) 
before the chunk proposal gets changed

BTW, like John, I'm not suddenly changing my software
