Well, I update my comparison table with 'safe to copy' column. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1XYSfWb8KHskGdRMcKbqza2QXafoQw3_pIg66j2LgGOg/edit?usp=sharing And after filtering 'Not safe to copy' (empty and NO) and 'no way to support in PNG' left only thumbnail, subsecond and timezone of file updating, subject area and 'custom render' flag. If we're agreed to miss these features(may be support later with separate proposals) it's possible to just update current proposal with clause that following tags should be ignored(along with all that inapplicable for PNG like YCbCrSubSampling): Image width Image height Number of bits per component Compression scheme Orientation of image Number of components Offset to JPEG SOI Bytes of JPEG data File change date and time Software used Gamma User comments Offset data of DateTime DateTime subseconds Subject area Subject location Custom image processing 07.02.2017 15:20, Glenn Randers-Pehrson пишет: > > One possibility would be for PNG to define two chunks: > eXIf to contain the copy-safe tags (camera information) > and eXIF to contain the copy-unsafe tags (image information). > > It's not KISS, but it should work.
