Re: DRAFT: zXIf 2017-02-13

I consider the zxIf proposal to be dead, due to its
generally negative covfefe here.  I've removed the
experimental implementation of zxIf from the ImageMagick
and GraphicsMagick git and hg repositories, respectively.
