PNGs with a remarkable size/quality relation

Hi

Is there a site related to PNGs with a remarkable size/quality relation
like the PNG Gradient [1]?
Special size limits could be 725 bytes for the face header in mails
[2] or (1K/)4K/16K/64K like demos have.
If I search for "png small compression" I get many sizes offering
services for recompressing PNGs
