Bonjour,

My HP Scanjet G4050 scanner works fine with xsane for simple images on 
paper, with my Mageia Linux 10 desktop PC.

But, is it possible to scan diapositives with xsane ?  How could I do it ?
Even I choose Dia, the lamp in the scanner cover never turns on.

For diapositives, I use my scanner connected to a Windows PC (😳), with 
the HP software. The software is really not user-friendly, the 
developers surely never used it intensely ...
