Another option is exporting to a big PDF from Scribus and using another
application to tile the PDF.
If you have access to Linux, you might be able to use open source tiling
programs like https://gitlab.com/pdftools/pdfposter or
https://github.com/oxplot/pdftilecut or
https://gitlab.mister-muffin.de/josch/plakativ
If you have access to Adobe products, you might be able to print with a
tiling option

https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/print-posters-banners-acrobat-reader.html
If you don't mind rasterizing the page, you can use ImageMagick convert
