Hello team,

It is basically a hit and miss when using Scribus on a convertible 
touchscreen laptop like HP Envy x360 convertible Ryzen 2500u.

The touchscreen part seems working but the non-wacom stylus similar to 
those found Microsoft Surface Pro series failed.

Test done on latest snapshot.
