Changing percents

Who can Help me? If I make a design with a green transparency for a page with different percentages, it works fine and it looks good. But as soon as I close Scribus and reopen it, the percentages are adjusted again to 4 equal percentages and usually to the smallest percentage What am I doing wrong This is how it is made .After saving and reopening it becomes like this -- Vriendelijke groeten uit Westland, Theo Mulder ------------- volgend deel ------------ Een HTML-bijlage is gescrubt...
