Hello! No, this is not valid reason :-/ I started boolean ops about month ago, but this is such brainf***er, that I can only progress if I have really clear mind/head (i.e. at most few hours at week). The complexity comes from the nature of cubic bezier segments: a) they can self-intersect (little problem) b) 2 bezier segments can intersect at least at 5 points (maybe more) c) 2 bezier segments can be arbitrarily close at certain regions d) equations about beziers are not generally solvable Best wishes, Lauris Kaplinski Nestor Diaz Valencia kirjutas E, 12.01.2004 kell 02:03: > Hi there: > everybody is busy with the flags, but booleans goes first :) > The question is: > Is, from the developer point of view, having trouble about editing back the > two original shapes after executing a boolean operation on them the only > reason to not implement them in Sodipodi? > yours: > Nëstor ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Perforce Software.
