1. What font file/font-family did you use to produce the problem?
   (helvetica?)
2. If you create svg file which contain <text 
style="font-family:helvetica">text</text> and open the file, then 
will you see the problem? or, you need to edit the text in text 
editing mode to reproduce that?
3. Did you see the problem with other font?
