1- A new flag from Island of Goree of Senegal.
I've compress the png and svg file in .rar

2- I've placed too a new version of the png file of
st_pierre_and_miquelon for the web site where it's too big.
It's because I've sent you an SVG file which was not in 1:1 for the png...
So here the .png and the .svg in 1:1 with little modifications
