Some general bitching and moaning

Hi,

Here's some more general bitching and moaning about lack of features,
unuasable UI and so on and so forth ;)

Layers!  I want layers!  I tell you, layers!

Why do I always have to look at the snap grids?  The checkbox to make
them invisible is always greyed out ;(

As for gradients, is it possible to get some sort of node/handles to
edit them in-picture?  I find the current stuff in the dialog box just
about unusable.

I haven't looked very hard but is it possible to shear shapes?  Also,
some sort of perspective transformation, aka. gimp, would be very
nice.

I tried to look at the Introduction to Sodipodi, but the link on
sodipodi.com doesn't seem to work.  Is that just me?

Is it possible to have more than one page in a file?  Someone might
want to use that for brochours -- and speaking of brochours, a clipart
brochour to print out could come in handy (at least when/if it becomes
a package do download or something).

I think that's it for now, I hope I'm not complaining too much ;P
