No, this is not possible currently to do automatically :-(
You can do it by hand relatively easily still. Just make
the stroke width of outside part very wide and semi
transparent, and align inside line exactly along the inner
border the stroke.

I have a problem with creating a certain shape, see the attached example. I
want the distance between the inner and outer border to be the same, all the
way(in the bend). Is this possible somehow?

Using Sodipodi 0.34.
