New flags of provinces of France

Hi all,

Here new flags of provinces of France (even historical provinces).
I suggest to make a special directory for province of France.

The archive file "provinces-france.rar" = 1 Mo
- there is 42 pictures in .png and 42 files in .svg

I gonna send them to wikipedia too later but if members could help me by 
taking just one from the database of sodipodi to wikipedia, thanks a lot 
! (it will help me a lot)

I gonna do the historical flag of different basque countries unified 
using in France and wich don't represent the flag of  the government 
basque in Spain.
