GTK 1.3 can't be used with Sodipodi (or rather: Sodipodi doesn't use GTK 
1.3). Do you really have 2.0? Current GTK installer ship with 2.2, and 
GTK 2.4 has been released recently, so it should appear as a Win32 
installer soon.

Since I started to build GIMP myself, I never had this problem. Maybe 
there's something wrong with the build environment used to created the 
installers... Lauris?
