Sodipodi on Mac OSX

LS

I've tried installing Sodipodi with Fink (after I discovered it in the 
unstable branch in the FinkCommander) on my OS X iBook and got an error 
that it failed compiling pango1-xft2-1.2.5-2. I'm a unix novice, so 
I've got no idea how to fix this. All suggestions are welcome. Sodipodi 
is the only reason I turn on my Windows laptop every now and then and I 
would like it to sleep forever...
