Still can't get 0.34 to work on Windows XP

Hi yet again,

I've tried following your advice.  I checked my registry, under GTK/2.0 it
had the DllPath as C:\Program Files\Common Files\GTK\2.0\lib and for the
Path it has C:\Program Files\Common Files\GTK\2.0.  This seemed to be right
so I left it.

I downloaded the latest GIMP binary and tried to install it.  I discovered
that I needed GTK+ 2.2.4-20040124 and I had an earlyer version.  I installed
that and tried installing GIMP again.  It found a couple of files it felt it
should re-name so I let it do that.  When I started up GIMP it complained
about not being able to find something but seemed to work.

Then I re-installed sodipodi 0.34 and still got the message about not being
able to find a procedual entry point!  What am I missing!

Do other people with Windows XP have this sort of trouble?
