Flags: UK English Royal Navy

Sorry if this is splitting hairs, but why is this flag called the UK 
*English* Royal Navy?
IIUC, it's just the UK Royal Navy; nothing especially English about it.

A better name would be uk_royal_navy_white_ensign.
