Probably not. From what I recall, Adobe's SVG support isn't "premium".

No it isn't.

Regarding your font --> path conversion issue, I responded with a screenshot
of sodipodi, highlighting the appropriate button. The message with the
attachment was slightly over the size limit for this list, and is awaiting
moderator approval. Since I'm fairly sure there isn't an active moderator,
I'll just tell you verbally: It's there - the "last" one in the "object"
section.
