Situation of development and proposal of translation

Hi everybody,

I would like to know if the development of Sodipodi
will continue. If so, I would like to translate it to
Brazilian Portuguese, because Sodipodi is a great
program and would like to spread its usage here. Since
I didn't see anything about localizations on the
website, I would like to know how to do it.
