Probably not worth the effort - after all, Inkscape started as a fork of
Sodipodi. IMO, it might be more feasible to officially declare Sodipodi as
dead (as it heppened with Sodipodi's predecessor already) and declare
Inkscape to be its official suscessor.

Is there anything in Sodipodi that's not in Inkscape? Probably nothing
except the more modular interface, and this is currently being worked on (in
the direction of GIMP-style tabbed docks, AFAIK).
