[xougen] XServer

I've been real busy..

Anyway, I worked on compiling the xouvert Xserver. I seemed to get it to
compile, however, a lot has changed since I had much of any involvement.

Now we just only compile an Xserver? Where is the binary when the
compile is finished? I'd like to try it out and make some much needed
updates to the howto.
