[xougen] Website download section update

In compiling the source today, and as before, I've noted that the 'make
Everything' statement in the Compiling the Source section of the
download page on xouvert.org is unnecessary.  This should be changed as
soon as the site commit repository is available, to alleviate confusion
from any first-timers unfamiliar with compiling X.
