I think everyone is afraid of letting the project have a mistake. So they need 
to get their opinion in and hope someone else implements it. When in reality 
the people implementing it probably know what's going on more than the people 
on this board discussing it.

Now what should happen around here is I should lead and everyone should do 
what I say, because I obviously know better than the people writing the 
code :)

In retrospect, I think I should focus more on the small tasks that are 
necessary, but too small for them to get noticed.

<sigh> i need sleep.

Check in later and maybe I'll code some :p
