Oh, damn and blast it. They just couldn't leave well enough alone. The
extant keycodes are the ones used by X, to make it simple to import
XKB maps. It looks like evdev "helpfully" does something
different. Worse, it looks like what evdev does is broken. I also note
that you're missing a couple of keys. I'll have to fish out my jp106
keyboard and see what it generates for them.

Different intersection of options, we'll work something out later to
select them automatically.

I've included this list of keycodes as an option. Use something like
'layout gb DEVICE=EVDEV' in server.conf for now; it'll use X11
mappings by default. I don't have a kernel with evdev on hand to test
it.
