Re:Arch tutorial article.

A while back there was some bickering about how we should use subversion or something 
else because arch was a pain or it was too bothersome to use. I was just posting it for those 
who were either complaining because of arch or who are just lurking on the mailing list and 
haven't bothered to try arch yet.
