Setup of a new wiki - the beginning of a stronger userbase?

Hi all,

Since the link to the wiki is dead for a long time now I wonder if it 
would be usefull to setup a new wiki. I have some experience with 
Mediawiki and am able to setup a wiki quickly. Does anyone have ideas if 
this will might the boost that Y-Windows needs? Users would be enabled 
to add documentation to the project more easy using a Wiki :)
