Howdy- I am a newcomer to Linux trying to cross compile a program for the Cricket indoor location system for a 5455. Am running familiar 8.2/OPIE on the Ipaq and ubuntu on my desktop. The instructions (for the Cricket) say to download and unpack toolchain 2.95.3 in the / dir. Did that. Then it says to type: make clean; make -f Makefile.arm. The desktop says that it doesn't know the command "make." Other systems I've tried it on say that I haven't designated a target. If anyone is familiar with this type of thing I would be grateful for the help. ... the program I need to cross compile is cricketd.exe Thanks, Josh Henry _______________________________________________ Open Source Software on Handheld Devices.
