In the course of our duties as values and project inspectors for the on-going liquidfied Natural Gas(LNG)project, we have over-invoiced the value of some jobs done by foreign contractors with the NNPC to the tune of US$31M.As follows: - Computer optimization and Installation $15,000.000.00, Installation of 250,000.00 Monax Turbine $11,000.000.00,Turn Around Maintenance $5,000,000.00 .
 
As it is my duty to recommend the transfer of these surplus funds to the Federal Government Treasury and Reserve Accounts as unclaimed deposits, I have the opportunity to write you based on the instructions I received few days ago from the Senate Committee on Contract Payments / Foreign Debts to submit the List of payment reports / expenditures and audited reports of revenues.
 
Among several others, I have decided to remit some contract sum following my idea that we have a deal/agreement with you and I am going to do this legally.
 
MY CONDITIONS
 
1. The sum of 30% only will be paid into my account out of the total sum .
 
2.This deal must be kept secret forever and all correspondence will be strictly by email / telephone, for security purposes.
 
3.There should be no third parties as most problem associated with the fund release are caused by the agents or representative.
 
If you AGREE with my conditions, l will advise you on what to do next immediately i hear from you and the transfer will commence without delay as I will proceed to fix your name on the Payment schedule instantly to meet with the days mandated.
