Porting Palm databases to GPE

Hi all,

I'm making the Palm-to-GPE/familiar transition (specifically migrating 
my contacts, calendar events, and memos) and I was wondering what the 
easiest way to do this would be.  I searched the Wiki and  searched the 
mailing list archives and haven't found anything. 

I was thinking about trying to use GPESync to do a direct sync.  
Unfortunately, I don't know if that'll work and I'm having a hard time 
getting good documentation on GPESync with a Palm.  As another thought, 
is there a good format for export/import for each of these (e.g., vCards)?
