Building gpe for spitz

If anyone has built gpe from source for spitz (Zaurus SL-C3100) could 
you please post your local.conf file?  I am trying to follow the 
openzaurus wiki, but there is very little information on how to build an 
image for a specific platform....

I am trying to rebuild hostap to include download support.....
