Hi, I would like to contribute, I would like to consolidate the icons
and organize the icon naming for all the source packages for GPE, I
figured Using the Tango Icons would give a bright vibrant alternative to
the current icon set and would also make the applications all have a
unified and standard look.

I also noticed much room for improvement , such as all GPE apps should
have have a set standard icon scheme, and doing so could reduce
redundancy as there are sometimes 2 or more icons for the same basic
function, also I think that all  icons should be set at 32x32 or 16x16
considering most displays will be to small for anything higher, this
would also shrink down the size of GPE.

I know where to access the sources but I do not know where to send the
upstream.

If you want I will make a Specification Sheet, but I already have the
Icons setup on a proof of concept system.
