It is your intervention that caused the move to be delayed until now. Is
that ignoring someone?
I posted that there were two votes for "no", one by George and one by
you, I even mentioned your name. Is that ingnoring?

Most others were positive about the move, that is what makes me think of
a buttomline yes.

Well, frankly, I don't see your point here.
This is open source software and if we like we could simply copy it.
Remember the GPL?
But if you insist on it we will of course not copy your open source
software to the new repository. We leave that decision to you.

This again is a completely different thing.

I think by postponing the move and replying to all your mails I think
I/we showed that we indeed value your contributions and honor your thoughts.
