Rough over view:

A while back Koen got angry. He resigned from the Familiar project.  He 
claimed that he was going to destroy handhelds.org by moving all the projects 
away.  He was only a member of one project on handhelds.org (Familar).   When 
his account was removed from the Familiar project, it was auto deactivated.  
There is no reason for anybody to have an active account if they are not part 
of any handhelds.org project.  

A while later I had to ban Koen from handhelds.org site for making 
misrepresentations and attacking others.  The GPE and OE folks got offended 
that he was banned.  About one week before banning Koen from the 
handhelds.org site, I did e-mail most of of the parties involved to give them 
the opportunity to take care of these issues.  If he behaves Koen is welcome.  
If he can not, then.....   It is up to him.

There have been bad feeling since these two events.
