what's new in pda phones?

I have had my Samsung I300 for several years and have not studied 
the market like I used to.   I may replace my phone but I'm not sure 
what's out there now.  

My requirements are:

Palm OS Color PDA/mobile phone in one unit
access to text-based email (yahoo specifically)

I'm with Sprint now but an not under a contract so it is easy to 
switch.
