IIRC, The rx4240 has the Samsung SC3 2442 processor.  The Ipaq h4xxx series 
has an Intel Xscale processor.  What runs on the h4000 will not run on the 
rx4240.

To start, I would get HaRET running on your device, dump all the registers, 
etc....then you can try to get a kernel booting.

After the device has  a working linux kernel, then you can begin to think 
about the software that will run on the device.
