You need to have "libdvbpsi" installed and visible to your toolchain.

Look at "libdvbpsi" in:
    http://freshmeat.net/projects/libdvbpsi/

I can't give you more about compiling it for ARM, but it mustn't be
that hard if you got to build any other library for Familiar.
