I now have two h3800 series devices (one h3870 with bt, one h3850 without) and 
an h3600 with broken battery, free to anyone who is interested in working on 
the kernel. They come with UK power supplies and may not have all accessories, 
although I'm trying to acquire some CF/PC card sleeves to include with them as 
well. Will post almost anywhere in the world.
