ppp warning

I have set up my /etc/ppp/options file correctly, -detach Defaultroute Nocrtscts Lock Lcp-echo-interval 5 Lcp-echo-failure 3 usepeerdns 115200 Local Asyncmap 0 Ipaq:desktop Connect '/usr/sbin/chat CLIENT CLIENTSERVER' As according to the windows ppp howto, but when I attempt to login as PPP in the pre-dial terminal, it tells me 'warning: cannot change to home directory' and will not let me connect.
