This indicates that teh battery was fully run down.  Unfortunately the
buzzer does not improve the problem since it needs power. The usual
solution is to reset the ipaq after allowing it get minimal charge,
which stops it from buzzing.  It will then charge normally.

remember that the booloader on the H4* and H5* ipaq's does not display
anything on screen, but it is only managed via the serial cable.
You should get a single buzz though when it activates if I remember
correctly.
